I would love a feature that allows hosts to list discounted pricing for a certain period. For example… if a host knows that a particular month is their slow month, or perhaps even a particular season, it would be great to be able to offer a special discounted rate for those specific dates to encourage guests to book during that period.
On that same note if there’s a particular time of the year that a spot is in high demand a host may want to have a higher rate for that period. For example… giving hosts the ability to list higher rates for certain holidays would be great.
