As a renter and a host I know there’s a part of the reviews where you’re allowed ‘private feedback for the host’, but I never see any of those. Is there a place I can see that from our renters? We would love to know the constructive criticism to make our place all that much better for our guest.
I had no idea this existed. In the years we’ve been hosting I’ve never seen private feedback anywhere. You’ve piqued my curiosity now. I would think you’d get a message or notice that some private feedback is available? I too would love to see any if it exists. Maybe no one uses the feature.
I’ve seen the “private feedback” but it’s on competing platforms.
Not sure it does anything, I’ve written stuff before but never heard anything back.
