Hi, there guys! Im a host in the outskirts of Atlanta, this city has more studios then you can ask for but fortunately through Peerspace we have had great rental success.
Over and over i’ve used the service and there’s 2 things that really stand out to me to make it better, better in a sense to work better with guest not just to make my life easier.
I would love to see implementation for photo upload, I use Turo (car sharing app) alot as a guest and as renter i love how i upload my photos of my car in its previous state. I find sometimes having to send photos to my clients off the Peerspace platform because i can’t upload into the page messenger. Aswell as i liked them to send me things that may not be in order if something happens.
I think it’s a must have feature and unfortunately im finding Peerspace a little out dating in there tech. Can help so much not, with claims, guest responsibility and check out.
I frequently need to show people parts of the property through more photographs. This always moves the conversation to cell or email and makes keeping track of conversations more challenging.
I have 4 unique canyons 3 buildings, various cars,5 shipping containers, a helipad, get questions about the burned areas, different angles wanted in the trailer, 6.5 acres of land and its all different, I don’t rent the available inside space with the outside space but you can rent the inside space but I cant post it onsite because its too confusing if its there they think you get it for free, people think there is an office in the car shop, so they think there is a desk Gardens, Treehouses its a lot.
On other platforms we are called “a new scene every where you turn”… sending a photo as an answer to a question would be absolutely nice. I know how to add a photo to the platform.
