Hi, I am a Peerspace host for my rental photo/video studio in a commercial building in midtown, New York City. I’m interested in switching apartments - my residence, not my commercial space - and renting it out for productions on Peerspace. Has anyone in New York worked with their landlord to rent out their rental residence as a production location? I want to be upfront with landlords during my apartment search.
