Payment takes forever, additional fees, not really a website for music creatives

Hi my names TJ I manage a recording studio in Baltimore and Ive been using Peerspace for years now.

Is there a way to speed up the process of getting paid as a host? Why does it take over a week to get payment after hosting a session? Ive been using Peerspace since 2022 I believe and I feel like this app is more catered for video/events no so much Music/Recording Studio. Ive generated money for “Peerspace” over these years but I feel like there’s been no improvement on this platform. Only fees keep adding up and changes of terms in favor for Peerspace. I love the structure of Peerspace for helping manage sessions and the logistics, but there’s some things that could be improved. Us hosts help spread “Peerspace” as a brand and “Peerspace” makes a percentage profit off of our small businesses. I agree to those terms but why keep changing it?

TJ, I too have been using Peerspace to many years. I have had 20+ film shoots in my home. Shorts, Features, Music Videos and Photo shoots. I have always wondered why it takes a week or so to get paid after they take out their substantial fee. I have just accepted it as the way they do business.
