Hello, both guests and I have encountered this issue regarding the total pricing displayed on our listing page. For example, today we had an inquiry for 4 hours, and this is what it shows on the page:
$275.00 x 4 hours$1,100.00
Cleaning $250.00
Processing $128.00
Total$1,728.00
However, the total should be $1,458 and I’m afraid that this inaccurate pricing can deter guests from booking due to possible budget considerations.
Have any other hosts experienced this same issue as well?
Hi Alex! Thanks for expressing your concerns! We are aware of a bug that causes hosts to see incorrect pricing when viewing their own listings. However, if you log out of your host account and view your listing, you should see the correct pricing breakdown that guests see.
