I have been noticing a lot of math errors in the calculations done online and in the app. 3 so far.
Is this something you are experiencing or noticing? Once I called peerspace on it and the changed it reducing my take home. Here a a couple that look wrong to me. I have one more but I’d have to dig for it. I wonder if they are overcharging my clients consistently also.
Since I noticed there has been 3 that look wrong.
Looks like they were triple and double charged on the $60 cleaning fee.
hi @Jeremy_J, are you trying to book your own space to test pricing? If so there is a a known bug in the math where the pricing/fees are incorrect. So this is not reflective of what the guest and host would see under a normal booking. Thanks, Rony
BOTH! first I saw the errors in the math then I tried to see if I could recreate it but it was first noticed when I was doing my own screen shots for records… I am trying to figure out WTF is happening again.
The first time I noticed I told them. They changed it real fast, and no more words were exchanged and it was not acknowledged. It was bad for me I had already calculated what I would be making for the day and had taken a pay draw for the month. I ended up down a few hundred from what I had anticipated. Attention @everyone take screenshots of the math see if it adds up.

Look at the first picture, I also have a screenshot of the first one I found that peerspace corrected after I told them somewhere in my phone as well. I have experienced real errors twice.
Thanks for clarifying. I confirmed with the team that there is a display bug here where you’re seeing the original inquiry total ($1,860) instead of the new agreed upon price. This ordeal really messed me up, It looks like peerspace is over charging.
I record on a google spread sheet and work with the calculations you provide me. I need it to reflect what is real.
In response to this price problem, I reacted and just felt terrible. My client added an hour booking 13 total for the day instead of 12, they came in at 7:30am They were great, but I left this unreported because I saw how much more your total was off even for just my portion it was 15 dollars per hour more than I charge per hour plus your, *what is it now *, 11 percent on top of that, so 29 percent and $15 or so an hour extra… I wanted to throw up yesterday. I felt like you robbed my client. It really looks like it. I still don’t know.
How much did the client Lauren L. pay total?
Did your error carry over into what you charged my client??
It sure looked like it from the other error on my webpage (see above pic in first message) when I tried to see what a booking at my place cost and more errors showed up it freaked me out, this is bad.
Back in April I pointed out another math error on the “booking details receipt” . A similar billing error I guess, I handled it internally by private emails and my net take home was reduced from the amount I saw originally… but this stuck in my head.
What did you charge that client? How much is wrong?
This ended up lowering my take home pay from what I saw originally and recorded in my google spreadsheet, I don’t have a picture of it, but It showed up in the app and then it all changed back.
Back when I managed and sometimes ran a cash register, you just can’t be off like this. This is why I fired people. Have you ever accounted?? This stuff is nerve racking. It drives you crazy if it’s off, and you don’t know where the mess up is.
