I am Not Recieving Booking Complete Emails for Addtional charges

Hello! I am Not Receiving Booking Complete Emails from the Platform, any one else experiencing this ?

Example: Your Booking with ____ is complete leave a review& submit a request for additional :

I stopped receiving them in my email on the 21st of January 2026

my work around is just using old ones and then replacing the booking ID in the url

Hi!

I am still not receiving the follow up session complete emails, is there a work around that you may know of? It’s weird I am receiving booking messages and coming up alerts to my email, just not the follow ups!

Omg silly me! they were in the Spam going to spam folder for some reason ! so weird half go main half go spam I will address this , thank you
