Completion Email

This has happened to me a few times over the years so I thought perhaps it was time to make an update request. I had a guest last night go into several hours of OT but have yet to receive a completion email for the booking. It would be nice if we didn’t have to depend on the email itself and rather to be able to add this sort of thing into the booking itself. I called the Power Host line and was able to leave a message but since it’s the weekend, I’m not sure if it will get any attention until Monday. I don’t particularly love leaving the guest hanging for a couple of days and potentially having to get those charges in right before the deadline. It would just be nice to have a workaround for when the booking completed emails fail to show up.
