Can anyone tell me how you handle large events in regards to household supplies? Do you supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bag, etc?
Yes, we supply everything. But Our venue can only accommodate 60 guests. How big is the event that you are talking about?

Thank you for your response we truly appreciate it.
It was just a question we wanted to ask because we have a variety of different Events coming up.
And we are trying to figure out the supplies in our house & what do we need to provide.
Some Events are as small as 30 people.
We have another one for 65 people.
Another one for 80 people & the largest one is for 150 people.

I know that at times I do have customer ask if they should bring trash bags. But with the price that they are paying for the booking you should cover your cost for the supplies.

I suggest incorporating the supply costs into your “cleaning fee” line item. Have on hand the supplies you want the guest to use for the event. IE, good quality trash bags, TP, paper towels and a a bottle of hand soap for each sink and/or bathroom.

That’s a great idea, Meredith!
I’ve had so many bring their own trash bags + paper towels which is thoughtful, but if we let them know it’s in the cleaning fee/provided that may help them understand why we have the fee in place as well as saving them the extra packing!
