Hi, looking for clarification on how bar tab minimums work in regards to rentals. If I rent out my bar/venue on Peerspace but require a certain bar minimum spend, is Peerspace going to take attempt to take a cut of those required bar sales, or is the cut they are taking solely from the rental? If the latter is the case, is it standard practice to have a contract between the business and the renter ensuring that said bar minimum is met? Thanks in advance!

I have the same question. I recently signed up for Peerspace and have a bar. How do I make it clear to interested parties that there is a minimum spend on top of the rental fee AND what kind of cut does Peerspace take from my sales?
