Is there a way to suggest a different time for an inquiry or booking? I received a few back to back requests. The guest has agreed to push back the start time but I don’t know how to change this on the booking request.
Hi @Laura_Y, for a booking request or inquiry, you can click the “Offer Custom Price” button and enter the new times. This will be sent back to the guest for them to review and approve.
If the booking has already been confirmed you can message the guest and ask them to update the time using the “Update Booking” button. Note that this feature will be available to hosts before the end of the year. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks
