I have a perspective guest who wants to rent consistently through two months on a certain day. I he required to purchase special events insurance each time he enters the property or does he purchase it only once for the duration of his rental period?

What is he planning on doing at your venue? He may need to get business insurance that would cover him for the time he is there. Instead of each day.
If he does, how will he be charged, daily or for the cumulative time period?
