We are looking to upgrade our offerings for our space.
Our space is used almost exclusively for meetings. Off-sites, team meeting, board retreats, etc.
We currently have a monitor on a rolling stand as a way for guests to project their screen.
We are looking to add some kind of conference phone and video equipment for when guests need to video conference.
I don’t have any IT experience or an IT department. We are a 2 person non-profit team.
Does anyone have any user friendly equipment that they can recommend?
It’s a small room with typically 5 - 10 guests all around one conference table.
We are next to an expressway in an all glass building with some traffic noise, so that’s something to consider.
