Recommendation for AV equipment purchases?

Hi all,
We are looking to upgrade our offerings for our space.
Our space is used almost exclusively for meetings. Off-sites, team meeting, board retreats, etc.

We currently have a monitor on a rolling stand as a way for guests to project their screen.
We are looking to add some kind of conference phone and video equipment for when guests need to video conference.

I don’t have any IT experience or an IT department. We are a 2 person non-profit team.
Does anyone have any user friendly equipment that they can recommend?

It’s a small room with typically 5 - 10 guests all around one conference table.
We are next to an expressway in an all glass building with some traffic noise, so that’s something to consider.

You’re asking a pretty general question, so it’s hard to know what a/v equipment would fit your needs. My first recommendation would be to get an Apple TV connected to your TV so your guests who have Macs, iPads, or iPhones can air stream content without having to use cables. Next step I’d recommend getting a good lighting, microphone and webcam if you want to advertise the ability to host virtual meetings also. There are countless YouTube videos on how to set up this equipment.
