I thank peerspace for the opportunity to be power host and there are no complaints. There is one thing I will like to ask from peerspace to implement for my potentials clients to be able to see the price upfront, since I feel like is causing a lot of confusion and questions from the guest.
The first thing you see on my page is that my rate is for $75 per hour however when a client tries to book for a weekend, they get hit with a bill of $175 per hour. This sometimes leaves the prospect confused and second guessing their choice due to pricing trust.
I have set it up this way for the weekday($75) in order to not miss out on the weekend rates ($175) which for all of us are the most profitable. If peerspace can somehow implement a full picture of the different prices, I do believe this will help us with unnecessary messages from the prospects as to why there is a rate change and will also help us earn their trust a little bit more.
