I have been a Host for over 3 years now and have had multiple disputes with guests not wanting to pay overtime, not wanting to pay a cleaning fee etc. Each time Peerspace has sided with the guest over me. I’m really starting to feel like this platform does not value its Host. For each dispute I have provided evidence photos showing damage or dirt and still nothing.
Pretty typical. Take a deposit or credit card directly from the guest and manage it yourself.
What platform or method would you suggest for this?
