I see that peerspace takes 7 days to pay out. That unheard of in this industry of renting out homes. We normally get paid before anyone walks into the door. They also take a large fee for what I see as nothing of value. They have insurance that doesn’t even cover damage to your home. Only if you are renting out something you don’t own. How does that help anyone??? Thats not really even the use case for most people. Also why don’t they require a deposit?? I’m going to have to increase my rates a lot because of all these issues and timeframes for collecting. Please change and don’t hold onto our money for a week and include insurance that Is actually with something to your hosts.
I’ve had similar Q’s the payout period is so long and when I ask why they reply they need to check for any OT, damages which I also report immediately. ■■■■■■■■ releases payout when the job ends and I receive it in about 3-5 days at least. I have to get the client’s insurance and hold a deposit too, all on my own as well.
I see the other location platform name is blocked. Well at least one other releases pretty quickly.
