So… we were supposed to be paid by peerspace on 10/1. It’s now 10/18. I’ve emailed support and there’s been no response.

Is this your first time receiving payment? If so, there might be a problem with how the account info was entered ( of course there should of been some sort of notification about it). Peerspace takes the money ( puts hold on it) from renter immediately so I don’t see why you would have to wait so long.
