I’m a property manager and list properties under my account for client owners. Currently, Peerspace doesn’t support multiple payout methods but it would be hugely helpful for me (please add this option!). Does anyone have a recommendation for streamlining and automating the process of accepting payouts under a centralized account in my name and pushing those payouts directly to the client as they come in? All of my properties are also listed on Airbnb and/or VRBO where the listings are administrated on the owner’s account and I’m a cohost. For multiple reasons, I am not willing to create separate Peerspace accounts for each property under the owner’s name. My accounting and payment model is set up so that all guest/platform payouts are sent directly to the owners and the owners then pay me for services and reimbursements at the end of the month. Adjusting for payouts made to me is just an annoying extra step to track.
