Issues with Listing Freezing During Inquiries

I’ve been making adjustments to our pricing, and want to check out the user experience, since the pricing is confusing if you have more than one tier. Recently, it started looping every time I search for our venue. Once I put in the location, it just comes back to the same screen every time I click enter. I was able to advance it to the next screen by putting in a location close to ours, but that no longer works. It worked for a while if I cleared the cache and history, but now that’s stopped working. I’ve tried it on different browsers, different devices, and using incognito mode. It’s frustrating for me, but if I were looking for a venue, I’d go somewhere else as a user. Anyone having this issue and/or have suggestions on how to fix it?
