How can I charge for broken/damaged accessories after the booking?

What is the charge for?
There is an email that is sent out from Peerspace when the designated ending time that you can add overages.

The guest accidentally broke a couple of ceramic planters.

Thanks for the reminder! I found the option on the “Leave a Review” email and submitted my request.

Going forward. Consider getting a credit card number or $500 cash upfront. Charge them at the end of their booking. I process cards through my Quickbooks account.

I have my guests purchase insurance through www.theeventhelper.com or like Geoffrey stated you can request a cash deposit or credit card hold upfront.

Agree with all comments. I hold a $500/day security deposit up front, returned if all ok; if not then I use that. One of the other location platforms holds a security deposit on guest’s cc and that’s so much easier, I wish Peerspace would do that too. I also never book without a COI (full insurance.)
