Just some feedback as an active host. I have some other locations on another popular App and they do a lot of things to support you with marketing your space and driving your business. They run constant adds on social, have post cards you can send out, and you are in control of creating and offering discounts. This works very well. If I have a cancellation I will quickly send a broadcast text to clients and post code on social. I can also add it to my listing to show up on deals tab. I love this space but think with the competition out there you could be doing a lot more to support us growing our business. Waiting for them to book and then offering a discount is counterproductive.
Just wanted to pass along as I struggle to get this property to the same space the others are without the extra marketing support.
