Why are you locking active community topics?

@Janae can you help us understand why you’re locking topics that are active discussions? You just close them without explanation.

Hi Geoffrey,

Thanks so much for surfacing this question! There are various reasons we may close a forum topic. Occasionally we’ll close topics that are already being discussed in different threads, violate community guidelines, etc.

That being said we appreciate your feedback! Moving forward we’ll be sure to leave a comment before closing a topic where it is warranted.

Also, in the future, if you have a specific question for one of our Admin, you’re welcome to send us a DM and we can help from there!
