Text message communication to reply to clients

Hi, I receive all client inquiries by email and also to my phone by text message. I used to be able to reply by simply answering the text however recently I am getting a message automatically that says that I need to set up an SMS URL. It offers me an option to get help but when I write help it just says that I can type stop to unsubscribe. I am using Google voice for my phone and text related to the peer space activity. I’m curious if anybody knows what I need to do to get text messaging to work again. Because it’s pretty convenient to just answer by text. Thanks

I used to use GV but it gave me some issues with calls so I purchased a separate phone/line. I would change the number to another number on the PS dashboard(mobile only, so you can verify it) and then move it back to the number you want.
If this doesn’t work I would reach out to PS and see if they can help you resolve.

Eli, Thanks for the tip. I finally got around to updating my number to a Verizon cell phone and saved it. I got an email notification that my profile is updated but they didn’t ask for any verification. So I switched it back to my Google voice. I guess I’ll just reach out to them. Thanks
