Cleaning Services Spam Inquiries

Lately I’ve been getting inquiries from cleaning businesses to contact them if I need any cleaning service. It’s one thing if it comes to my studio’s email address or social media DM. It’s another thing when it comes through Peerspace. I don’t want to reply, but if I don’t it’ll mess with my response time. Sure I can say “no thank you”, but I shouldn’t have to!

Has anyone else been dealing with this lately?

No I haven’t and that sounds really frustrating!

Not so far. I am a Airbnb host. Their policy is just the opposite of Peerspace. When inquires are suspicious we just let it expire without penalty. Sometimes Airbnb may send a warning pop-up notice informing us to be cautions of the guest and will give us the option to decline. But generally, If you decline a guest then you are penalized. Crazy. We are also not obligate to do a review on the quest. Bookings are NOT limited just because we refuse to do a review on a guest.
