I just received a guest request for 2 overnight stays along with the party booking. What are the Peerspace terms for this?

Thank you for flagging this with us. I am happy to provide some information on our policies for overnight bookings. Peerspace does not permit overnight accommodations on any booking. Any booking that includes sleeping overnight is not allowed and may be canceled by Peerspace. If a host disregards this policy and allows overnight stays, the booking will not be eligible for certain benefits and protections, such as dispute resolution support and supplemental general liability coverage. Spaces intended for overnight accommodations are not allowed to be listed on the marketplace. This policy applies to all types of spaces, including mobile units and boats, as well as traditional venues.
