How do you price your listing to get the most "off-site" (meeting) bookings?

  • What amenities do you typically include?
  • Do you charge a cleaning fee? If so, how much?

I started in May and have been observing demand/pricing and “what’s included”. I have kept my package of what’s included static, including cleaning b/c corporate offsite in my space typically have no more than 20 guests. I have tinkered with my hourly rate a lit as well as the discount when a guest books 8+ hours.
