Hi folks,
With the increased automated enforcement, I was hoping there’d be some way to annotate/flag/tag inquiries – this would help with host hub data accuracy, potentially with enforcement review, and so on.
Cases: I’ve had several cases now where a prospective client has initiated an inquiry, and then as we’re discussing things they then subsequently send a separate booking request.
In one case, this was because they’d wanted to visit the site before booking. They visited, found the site worked, but needed to confirm availabilities with a number of models/photogs. They subsequently booked on-platform. This is exactly how site visit conversions are supposed to work by the T&Cs.
In the second case, I was planning on sending them a formal booking request once I took additional pictures to send to them, some couple of hours after their initial inquiry – but they beat me to it, probably because the initial interaction was exactly what they hoped. Awesome stuff, no proprietary information exchanged, easy conversion-- but it still shows false data as an unconverted inquiry, when in fact they’re already booked.
As a sales manager, having some ability to flag and associate data in what’s essentially a stripped-down CRM would be super useful, and may help with some of the automated enforcement weirdness.
Thoughts?
